The Brumbies have received a welcome boost with the return of Nic White, who goes straight into the starting line-up against the Stormers.

The Wallaby scrum-half has been missing for a month with an ankle problem but replaces Michael Dowsett after the loss to the Waratahs last time out.

Rory Arnold is also back in the second-row as the Brumbies aim to pick up a first win in Cape Town since 2010.

"It’s a crucial week for both our seasons the winner gives themselves a chance at finals while the loser will have a hard time from here on in,” White said.

"They’re playing at home and their playing with a lot of confidence. Any time you get a big game at home it helps you lift and I’m guessing they’ll use that extra boost on Saturday."
